Devorah First Aid For Everyone Director and Lead Instructor

Devorah Sugarman

Owner, Lead Instructor

Devorah is a firefighter and a medical first responder in two municipalities (La Peche and Low, Qc).

She also works as a medic for events, camps and festivals.

With a deep love of the outdoors and community she brings her field experience into her courses making them relevant and hands on.

Devorah is also a life coach that specializes in working with PTSD and trauma survivors. She works with people to find tools they can implement in their lives to find emotional stability.

Instructor Steve Ingram

Steve Ingram

Manager of St. Catherines Branch, Lead Instructor

Steve is passionate about delivering high quality training that leaves students with knowledge and most importantly confidence in their skills.

He is currently a Coxswain with the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary and has been in Marine search and rescue since 2015. He volunteered in fire rescue for years prior and works full time as a master technician.

He looks forward to bringing life saving skills, knowledge and confidence to you.

Lara Guenette

Lead Instructor

Lara is a medical first responder and firefighter, and has almost 15 years of professional teaching experience.

She is passionate about creating safe and dynamic learning environments, and empowering people with the skills and knowledge needed in an emergency situation.
