Professional Responder Courses

Basic Life Support (BLS)

The Basic Life Support course is designed for individuals who have a duty to respond in a team environment, as well as those who wish to acquire professional cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills. You will learn the important steps to perform a rapid assessment, basic life support (BLS) skills, and rapid defibrillation, including the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Optional airway management and oxygen therapy modules are also available.

Oxygen Therapy (OT)

Oxygen Therapy provides the latest training in maintaining a patent airway and appropriate interventions. Our experienced instructors take you through each step, from measuring airway adjuncts to using equipment. You can combine Oxygen Therapy training with Basic Life Support training to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to save lives.

First Responder (FR)

The First Responder Course provides comprehensive first aid and CPR training for both professional first responders and those training to become first responders. Our dynamic and engaging training techniques include video and media presentations, skills demonstrations, practice sessions, discussions, and scenarios based on real-life situations. With our top-notch training, you’ll be equipped with the skills necessary to handle any first-aid emergency that comes your way.

Advanced First Aid (AFA)

The Advanced First Aid Course is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills needed to provide appropriate patient assessments, interventions and ongoing care in the workplace. With a focus on Professional Responder training and transportation of injured workers, this course is essential for any workplace. At First Aid For Everyone, we’re committed to providing comprehensive training that meets all CSA standard requirements, putting safety first at all times.

Emergency First Responder (EMR)

In our Emergency First Responder course, you will learn the essential skills to provide immediate intervention in emergencies. Participants will learn how to assess and stabilize patients in crisis, including transportation procedures. Our course structure employs various dynamic training methods, including video, media presentations, practical demonstrations, and discussions that are based on real-life situations to ensure that you are well prepared for any emergency.
